I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected but clean; however, the window from the toilet to the bedroom was a bit odd. The service was generally good, except for a concerning incident with the night guard. The location was excellent, near all the essential amenities, but there were some issues with the dining options.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. However, there was an additional fee for upgrading to a more spacious room from one that was already full, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to various shopping complexes, restaurants, and popular tourist spots such as Pavilion and Suria KLCC, although there was ongoing construction nearby. The dining options could use some improvement, as the breakfast selection was limited. On the bright side, the facilities were adequate, offering a decent experience during my stay.
